About us
Built by people who understand digital marketing work.
We are a specialist digital marketing recruitment agency focused on employer orders, candidate CVs, practical evaluation and better matches.
Founder-led recruitment
Degrees do not prove digital marketing ability. Work does.
After years of running businesses and digital marketing agencies, we got tired of recruiters who filtered people mostly by degrees, diplomas and polished CVs. Digital marketing does not work like that.
Most useful digital marketing skills take place outside university and college. They happen through self-development: testing pages, learning tools, breaking systems, fixing campaigns, reading data, building websites, writing copy, ranking content and staying curious when nobody is forcing you to improve.
Digital marketing is for self-starters. We look for skill, tenacity, curiosity, development and capability — not only degrees and diplomas.
That is why our process is built around practical capability. We still read the CV, but we do not treat paper credentials as the whole story. We want candidates who can think, learn, execute and show evidence that they can solve real problems.
We also look for happy, capable people who can handle pressure. Digital marketing roles move fast, and the right people can stay calm, communicate clearly and keep solving when campaigns, rankings, deadlines and clients all demand attention.
What we believe
Recruitment should reduce uncertainty, not create more admin.
Employers want suitable candidates, not a flood of names. Candidates want relevant opportunities, not noise. We operate as a practical matching layer between the two.
- Employer vacancies go through a clear intake process.
- Candidate CVs are sorted by role, location model and practical fit.
- Evaluation tasks may use controlled websites, test briefs or practical checks.
- We pool talent across different jurisdictions for local, remote and international hiring.
- We make calls before introductions so employers spend less time with weak-fit candidates.
